Little Creatives & Me is a songs, stories and art time designed especially for babies and toddlers and their very special person. It takes place in the main garden on the historic grounds of the Art & History Museums, and includes a themed circle and story time along with an art activity made for little ones. A snack is provided as well.
The recommended age is under 3, accompanied by their very special person, whether a parent, grandparent or caregiver. Older siblings are always welcome. Space is limited, and pre-registration is required by email at Jcohen@artandhistory.org. Registration closes two days before the program date. Families are encouraged to arrive about 5 minutes early to allow time to park and walk over to the main garden, and to bring a picnic blanket if they would like.
The program is offered free of charge by the Art & History Museums of Maitland. Free family programs at the museums are supported by a grant from the Duke Energy Foundation.
