Connective Tissue presents sculptures created by Hanna Washburn from repurposed textiles, furniture, household items and other utilitarian materials. Working by hand and intuitively, she combines quilting, embroidery and upholstery techniques to develop complex aggregates of color, pattern and texture that occupy the gallery space.
