The Recreation and Wellness Center offers American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid, CPR and AED instruction through a Blended Learning class. The course combines an online portion, which most participants can complete in about three hours, with an instructor-led skills session of approximately the same length. The online portion must be finished before attending the in-class skills session.
Participants who successfully complete the course earn an American Red Cross certificate in Adult and Pediatric First Aid, CPR with AED. That certificate is valid for two years.
