SunRail is offering a Buy One Give One promotion on Friday November 28 2025. For that day a rider who purchases a ticket can give a companion a free ride.
The offer applies to one‑way or round‑trip tickets purchased and activated through the SunRail mobile app or any ticket vending machine. Riders tap before boarding; SunCard holders tap and the paid fare automatically includes a free companion ride. The complimentary rides must be taken on the promotion day and cannot be saved for later travel.
SunRail reminds passengers to be careful around trains, railroad crossings and station platforms. Additional details about fares, schedules and station locations are available on the SunRail website or through the app. Media inquiries may be sent to FDOT‑D5COMM@dot.state.fl.us or directed to the FDOT District Five Public Information Office at (386) 943‑5593.
