L.O.V.E. Our Youth, a community organization in Avalon Park, focuses on creating opportunities for young people to learn, grow, lead and thrive across Central Florida. Its Rise & Thrive program offers teens workshops in schools, community centers and partner sites throughout Orange County, reaching neighborhoods such as Parramore, Union Park and Winter Park. According to the organization’s 2025 Annual Report, participants practiced communication, teamwork and problem solving, learned interview preparation, explored career paths and built confidence in their abilities.
The group also operates a Teen Lounge for youth ages 13 to 18 at 13013 Founders Square Dr. in Orlando, open on Wednesdays from 2 to 7 PM and Fridays from 3 to 9 PM, with sign‑up information available on its website. A Youth Advisory Board provides leadership opportunities, and a Teen Job Fair is planned to help teens develop resumes, practice interviewing and meet employers. For organizations interested in collaborative projects, the L.O.V.E. Others program offers fee‑for‑service project management for youth‑focused events.
